This website has been created as a home for the 1v1 League we are putting together. Below is all of the links you will need to navigate through this website successfully. Please read all of the rules so that everyone understand how the league will be played.
Home Rules Schedule Standings Custom Classes
The League setup will be as follows:
At the beginning of the league each division will play within itself for 6 weeks. That means DN will play DN members, SK will play SK members, etc. At the end of the 6 weeks of play, a set amount of members will move on to Stage 1 of the playoffs. There will be two stages of playoffs. Stage 1 will be named the Conference Championships. For example. Let's say that each Clan provices 10 people for their division. Six of those ten players will move out of the Regular Season, and into the Conference Championships. The Conference Championships will consist of 3 Conferences, in which the 5 Divisions will merge into 3 Conferences. They will then play a Round Robin Tournament. A round robin is defined as everybody plays everyone else in the conference 1 time. With 50 people split into 5 divisions, this means that 30 people will make it to the Conference Championships. Those 30 members will be split into 3 conferences of 10 players. Once the round robin is over 6 players will advance out of each Conference and into Stage 2 of the playoffs, which will be the Single Elimination Playoffs. With 18 players in a single elimination playoff, this means that there will be 2 wild card games. Seed 15 will play seed 18 in Wild Card match 1. The winner will play seed 2 in the first round of the playoffs. Seed 16 will play Seed 17 in wild card match 2. The winner will play seed 1 in the first round of the playoffs. From this point on It will continue as a normal Single Elimination Tournament until the Final Four. Once The final four hits the losers of the Final Four will play in a Consilation Game to determine 3rd place. This will be best of 3. The winners will then play for the 1v1 Championship of BGC. This will also be a best of 3.
PRIZES!
The Winner of Each Division will receive 400 MS Points. This will be the player who has the best overall record in each division at the end of the regular season
The Winner of Each Conference will receive 400 MS Points. This will be the player who has the best overall record in each Conference at the end of Stage 1
The Number 1 Overall Seed will receive an additional 400 MS Points. This will be the player who has the best overall record out of Stage 1 of the Playoffs and is placed as the Number 1 seed in Stage 2 of the playoffs.
The Consilation Prize for 3rd place will be 800 MS points.
Second Place Prize will be 1600 MS points.
The 1v1 Champion of BGC will receive 4000 MS points.
In Recap, if you win your Division, Conference, You're the number 1 seed in Stage 2, and you win the Championship, you will receive a total of 5200 MS Points!
A total of 10,000 MS points are being rewarded for Season 1 of the BGC 1v1 League!
