4th day induction
Mood:  a-ok

I still feel like I'm in vacation mode. Today was Dh's day off so I told him to let's go out to eat and take our boy to the park. While on vacation we went out every day, whether it was the mall, beach, pool, or restaurant. So my Dh looked at me because he knows how I'm feeling. I'm not really happy here in nyc and we're planning to move soon. God willing.

Anyway, we went out and I was good I had a cheeseburger w/mushrooms (no bread, no fries). But I did have a frozen margarita. I hope it didn't effect my induction too much. I was really good, I didn't have dessert, not even a taste of my boy's brownie sundae. I didn't exercise yesterday because the pms was really bothering me but I did walk alot today. I'm back on my workout tomorrow.

B: 2 fried eggs in c/o, 4 meatballs, coffee w/cream & splenda, lemon water

L: cheeseburger w/mushrooms, frozen margarita

workout: walking (50 min)

 

8/7:

B: 2 fried eggs in c/o, 4 meatballs, blk coffee, lemon water

L: 2 soft boiled eggs w/2 pats butter, 4 meatballs, diet Pepsi w/lemon

D: 2 eggs scrambled in 2 pats butter & american cheese, 4 meatballs,  diet Pepsi w/lemon

Vacation is over

Topic: weight

We got back from vacation on the August 3rd. It was a month long vacation, the longest we ever took. I got off plan and ate everything. I feel awful and bloated. So, it's time to get back on track! Yesterday I started back on my plan and did my workout. I want to stay strict so I'll try to write what I eat and keep track of my workouts. I weighed myself and I gained about 4 pounds! Someone I know saw me yesterday and they noticed the weight gain. Great. But it gave me that little push I needed to get started.

Weigh in: 148

Workout: 1 hr step aerobics & weights

B: 1 fried egg in 1/2 pat butter, 4 meatballs, blk coffee, lemon water

L: 3 peices chicken, 2 hb eggs in 1/2 pat butter, diet Pepsi w/lemon

S: sf lc homemade icecream

D: 2 hb eggs in 1 pat butter, 5 meatballs, water
