a-okI am a retired woman. I have 2 Daughters and 4 Grandchildren. I worked in a factory for 42 years in an environment where there was a lot of unhealthy air and heavy metals. I have taken the Usana products for about 10 years and would not be as healthy as I am without their products. Along with these many supplements I have chosen to take on a healthier diet which also helps the vitamins work to their full potential. When I started taking the products my energy was very low and a friend recommended the Essentials. When I started taking them my energy level increased immensely. I also had the beginning of Osteoporosis and when I started taking their Calcium products I no longer have it. Also my Cholesterol was very high and I take their Biomega and my Cholesterol is fine. All in all I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for my decision to take interest in my health, USANA has provided me with the extra nutrients needed that may not be obtained from even the most healthiest of diets. The results are wonderful and so is the support you gain from the USANA "family".
