If you haven’t already sound Jackson’s book, Cat Daddy: What the World’s Most Incorrigible Cat Taught Me About Life, Love and Coming Clean, now is the time to order it! The book is coming out in paperback, and Jackson’s publisher, Tarcher Penguin, will donate $1 for every copy of the paperback or ebook ordered before May 10th. Cat Daddy is the hagiography of Jackson’s personal journey less his days as a musician struggling in favor of addiction and working environs time at an animal defend to his present status as the go-to unobtrusive behaviorist. Not surprisingly, a cat featured prominently in his story. The cat was Benny, who, says Jackson, was “the most ill-behaved cat I ever worked with. I felt like I was constantly in a lab with him, exigent to solve problems.” Jackson credits Benny with helping him come up with the methods that he still uses to help countless cats. But Benny vet had a profound impact on Jackson’s in person life. I for one can’t wait to read this book.
