As Civil Engineers,
we have designed countless commercial developments
and subdivisions, which include grading and drainage
plans, utility plans, potable water systems,
sanitary sewers, storm sewers and detention ponds.
We have designed commercial sites as large as 40
acres and subdivisions as large as 120 acres.

As Surveyors,
we have worked mainly in Northwest Indiana, though
we are licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin also. We
have performed countless ALTA, boundary and lot
surveys, including surveyor location reports. We
also write full legal descriptions, subdivide land,
and provide construction layouts for buildings,
roads and subdivisions. In 1993 we began using the
Global Positioning Systems (GPS) as well as many
conventional methods for a variety of services
including control for aerial photography, surveys
and subdivisions. We currently have over 400 control
points in Lake County alone.
As Architects,
we have concentrated our efforts in the greater
Chicago land area. We have designed and supervised
the construction of many projects including
commercial structures: office buildings, banks,
bowling alleys, auto dealerships, supermarkets,
drive-in theaters; residential projects: apartment
buildings and single family dwellings; and
institutional facilities: churches, educational
buildings, lodges, retirement communities and
nursing homes, and municipal facilities.
