A Little About Me

My name is Jennifer and I’m currently a high school senior. I am enrolled in my local high school and love my MCJROTC class as well as my band class. In my MCJROTC class I am currently ranked Cadet 1st Lieutenant, and am the Administrative Officer. As the Admin officer I do all of the paper work for my high school ROTC class I put all of the weekly quizzes in the record books for each individual cadet.

In my band class I participate in the marching band, pep band and the concert band. I have just recently switched from playing the flute to playing the baritone saxophone. I also hold a leadership position in this class I currently hold 1 of 2 librarian positions. As a librarian I pass out music too all of the members in my band class. Also when it comes time to hand the music back in I collect the music and put it in to the appropriate folders.

Although I love both of these classes I have no plan of perusing a military career or a career involving music. Instead next fall I am enrolled in Lewis-Clark State College and I plan on studying in their nursing program. When I am finished with college I plan on immediately entering the work force so that I may help as many people as I possibly can in my lifetime. I plan on doing this because I believe that every person should live their life not for themselves but for God and I believe that this is what God wants me to do. I also believe that God is the one and only way to heaven, and that is why I love my church, Real Life Ministries because they also believe this and teach this. In my church I am currently part of the children’s ministry program. In this program I am one of the leaders and I get to teach the kindergartener’s through the 5th graders and I get to teach them about my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”
