The weight problems are with everyone. And everyone finds new methods for the weight loss. So here is another supplement called as Garcinia Cambogia. This is a topical medicine and still, it is safe to supplement is questionable.

 

 

 

Manufacturers claim that it boosts up while reducing the weight. It is said that there is HCA (Hydroxycitric acid) which absorb the fats of the body. Actually, there is an enzyme called as citrate lyase which appears from the HCA and it interferes with the fatty acid.

 

 

 

Most of the researchers believe that Garcinia Cambogia cannot be used as a Weight Loss supplement as it was failed to reduce the weight. Still, there was an argument so to prove it will help or not some peoples were selected from 16 to 65 age and off course they were overweight. So half of them were given garcinia Cambogia and others were given placebo three times in a day before meals. And they had a high fiber diet and they returned for the evaluation after every two weeks. After 12 weeks there was not much change in the weight so it was proved that garcinia Cambogia does not help to lose the weight in high amount.

 

 

 

After this, there was much research on it and it was said that garcinia Cambogia is not 100 percent safe, after having it you may face many side effects and can cause serious damages to your health. From 2009, there was a ban on the products with the garcinia Cambogia and on the several ingredients which were bad for the health including jaundice, liver damage, and much more.

 

 

 

So, at last, the weight loss is a self-control. It is not easy to lose the weight in this environment. So work hard and have a proper diet instead of a supplement.
