WHO IS AUTUMNMIST GOLDENS?
We are a small kennel located in Gravenhurst, Ontario. Our passion is golden retreivers.
We have been involved with goldens since the acquisition of our first boy, Riley, in 2005. Following our breeders request we enrolled in puppy socialization and obedience classes at our local kennel club. Riley presented so well we were strongly encouraged by some of the kennel club members to pursue conformation for Riley. Having purchased him as a companion we didn't really have much interest in the dog show scene, but felt it worth a try. Riley achieved his canadian championship in just two weekends out under handler, Colin Brownlee. Thus began the dog show etc. bug for our family.
RIley went on to obtain a 2nd group placement at the Muskoka District Kennel Club show in 2007. He also obtained his Rally Novice Title and Canine Good Neighbour Title.
Kahshe Belle joined our family in 2009. She is a daughter of the 2009 #1 golden retriever in Canada. She easily earned her Rally Novice Title and Canine Good Neighbour Title.
Kahshe blessed us with her first litter of 6 puppies in September of 2010 and has recently (November 2011) blessed us again with 9 lovely little puppies.
