Does it matter whenever we eat or the food we eat? Unfortunately, for people who love food, the reply is yes! Food that's consumed during the night is not processed as efficiently as it is in the daytime. What happens in life after dinner? We wind down; we prepare to end our day. It is precisely what you should be doing the final hour or two of our own day... getting ready for sleep. What is the intent behind sleep? Sleep is when we recharge so when your body repair. The body need all of their practical information on this. Whether it needs to focus on digesting food, because that might be important for your body if you have food present in obese, then almost no repair happens.



It is not uncommon to possess disrupted sleep when we retire for the night after eating a big or hard to digest meal too near to bedtime. This is because your body is working hard to digest that which was eaten recently. Meat takes over any other foods to digest. Once and for all health avoiding eating meat late at night, as it will remain in this enzymatic tract more than grains, fruits, or vegetables. If we are using the body's energy to digest food during the night we are not giving our bodies that precious cleaning who's must aid in off disease, in addition to help repair and rejuvenate us.

My recommendations... try eating dinner by 6pm or otherwise 3 hours before going to bed and avoiding eating large quantities of harder to digest foods like meat and heavily junk foods at night. Liberally use seasoning such as cayenne, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, mustard seeds, and ginger as they increase metabolism. Swap whole grain products, fruits, and vegetables for white sugar, processes foods, and white flour products. Ayurveda medicine suggests that people moves for any brisk walk after dinner, even just 5 to 10 minutes. An advanced night time "snacker" brush the teeth prior to when before bed. Many people don't like the flavors of food immediately after brushing. Plus, you might like to maintain your teeth clean till bedtime thus opting from the snack!
