Fundamental Bodyworks (FBX) and Flying Mountain Healing (FMH) are two separate businesses, which have similar views on the well‐being of clients. Though FBX is a hands-on therapeutic bodywork and massage practice, and FMH is an acupuncture based practice, both promote harmony and health in peoples’ lives. They share a view of whole‐being, allowing the body to come into balance naturally. Through the use of hands-on neuromuscular releases and the insertion of acupuncture needles, the body can communicate patterns of dis‐ease and dysfunction, making it easier to let go of old habits and to realign or harmonize the whole being.
