A mild earthquake was felt early Thursday morning in parts of Southern Tagalog. The quake was reportedly felt 4:30 a.m. at Intensity 3 in areas of Batangas and Laguna. The quake’s epicenter was reportedly estimated northwest of San Pablo City in Laguna province.abs
