Having a current profile of a Claim Auditor for a fortune 500 company I believe that I offer the skills that are crucial for a supervisory position.  My current KRAs includes, Process training, insurance claim management, working with ICD9 codes, diagnosis codes, DRGs and CPT codes, MIS making and TAT reporting, preparing Team production and quality matrix, data handling, ,provide assistance to Team Manager, developing and implementing work instructions to my subordinates and colleagues, ensuring the adherence of guidelines, resolve customer query and issues with a high proficiency, process billing transactions, data analysis and suggest action plan .My background in Banking, financial and  Insurance (BFSI)service Operations, as well as my formal education in business and finance (PGDBA) will serve as a complement to a firm.

 From both my professional and personal experiences, I have developed an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and disciplined work ethic. I possess the ability to work under pressure and rapidly adapt to changing work conditions. I excel in both individual and team driven environments.
