The apartments or floors; they are a type of independent building located in the same building. The apartments buildings differ from other types of properties such as houses, in the first property it is possible to exploit space vertically rising over several levels and the house for the other side, it only have use for a family or a group or people that are going to live together.
When placed vertically the apartments often sacrificing space and size, for that reasons are often very cheaper than houses. However, this is not a general rule since departments with excellent location and luxury apartments can cost much more than other properties.
Besides the reduced price compared to a house, another advantage of living in an apartment is that healthy living can be achieved with the neighbors; since it shares the same building is easier to achieve effective communication. A building can consist from a small number of departments (4, 6) or even been built it by dozens of small rooms.
In large cities, many people have an increased sense of belonging to dwell in an apartment in a house. Also in cases where the person lives alone, it is more comfortable to live in an apartment and live with the neighbors.
