Fresh meat is available from your local butcher. Buy lean cuts and have your butcher trim any excess fat from the cut. Buy organic meat whenever possible.

Fresh dairy is available at your local dairy producer or at your favorite marketplace. Buy organic whenever possible.

Here at Every Day Menus, our nutritionists and chefs create simple, easy to follow and nutritous menus for you and your family to cook and enjoy.

Our goal is to provide three menus per day that encompasses breakfast, lunch and dinner. We believe that a healthy lifestyle must include many elements, one being nutritious, healthy and satisfying meals made from a variety of fresh ingredients.

Each meal comes with a grocery list to make shopping easier, ingredients that can be found at your local market, and a short description of the nutritive value per serving. Each meal is created for a serving of 4, but can easily be divided into smaller servings or multiplied for larger servings. Each meal is easy and fun to prepare.
