1.
Gather all of your pictures and separate them by activity, season, or person.
2. The next step will be to get out all of your scrapbooking
supplies that you will need.
3. Lay your pictures and see what colors match well. This is
called a dry design, you do not use any glue in this process. This is just
a basic brainstorming step. In this step, you will want to look for common
colors in the pictures and the materials that you are using.
4. Once you are happy, you will begin to glue down the pictures
to the page to create your design. You will want to make sure that you are
sticking to the theme of the page. Getting off theme will throw off a balance on
your page.
5. The next step will be to add embellishments to the page.
Embellishments can be letters, stamps, borders, ribbons, and cardstock. This is
the best part of the scrapbooking process. It makes the page come together and
look complete.
6. When you are finished creating your page, you will then
insert it into your scrapbook. Most scrapbooks have sheet covers so that you can
just slide your finished scrapbook page into.
