We were founded in 1982 by the Presiding Prelate Rt. Rev. Martin V. Tooley. The Ministry is designed to show the grace of God in such a time as this. To be able to assist in the training of Ministers in their particular calling, not just in the pastoral ministry, rather in all of the fivefold ministry gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher..
With an apostolic anointing we are here to stir up the gifts that are in those professing certain callings.
