Welcome to our home in Lake Lure NC. This is a 1932 built home we have available
to share. It is less expensive than a hotel and much more private. It is
located on a one
acre lot , secluded by many trees but yet right off the main highway. We have a full season of colors right here at home where you can enjoy them from the patio. See photo link to the left. This central air-conditioned home is located on the main Highway in Lake Lure NC, the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, on a wooded and exclusive location, It is also less than 5 minutes away from Lake Lure downtown and attractions such as the Chimney Rock Park, Lake Lure Public Access Beach and Marina, Scenic Boat Tours, Sliding Rock, Gem Stone Mining, shops, large kid's playground, Golf, skiing and excellent restraurants. On the main floor of this home are the living area, dining area, kitchen and a full bathroom. Upstairs has a special kid's bedroom with twin beds. The lower level offers two comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds. Extra guests? No problem. There is a luxury sleeper sofa in the living room. An 10 X 20 foot screened-in tiled patio is nestled under the shade of the towering trees for a relaxing time after your busy day. Plenty of parking is right at the door-step or at the stairs to the upper deck for convenience. The large 18 X 25 foot outdoor sun-deck overlooks the serene heavily-wooded property to create its exceptional seclusion. Since it is right off the main route into Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, finding your way back home is never a problem, day or night.
