Top Benefits of Analytics
At virtually every level of your business, analytics play a critical role to your success. Whether you are analyzing current market trends, the best materials for your products or trying to dig deeper into the psyche of your customers, the analyzing of data is something that you need to put a lot of focus on.

Customer analytics (www.optimove.com) is something that should be especially important to you, as the happiness of your customers and the effectiveness with which your offers reach them is what keeps your business growing. The more data that you have about your customers, the better your decision making will be as you move forward.

One of the biggest benefits of taking analytics seriously when it comes to your customer base is that doing so will allow you to manage the delicate relationships with these customers better. You will know when your last contact with each customer was, and be able to use that data to schedule when your next contact with them will be. Over time, you will figure out the ideal schedule for these contacts, and your profits will increase as a result. All of this is possible because you have the power to analyze how each interaction with each customer goes, as well as the ability to use that information to the benefit of your organization.

The power to easily segment your customers into specific groups is another great benefit that comes with analytics. When your customer base is segmented into very targeted groups, you are able to finely craft your marketing messages to appeal more strongly to each of them. You can segment your customers according to age, location, their purchasing activity over a period of time or various other data points.

When all of these capabilities are combined, it creates an environment in which you will be able to quite accurately predict the activity of your customers in the future. This is the key benefit that drives smart companies to focus so closely on customer analytics. When you are able to predict the activity of your customers, every aspect of your marketing and customer relationship management will improve, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and higher sales.

There are countless benefits to analyzing data about customers; these are just a few of the most basic ones. If you are looking to take the success of your business to the next level, then strong analytic capabilities are a must.

Video Conferencing Options
As a business owner, I have found that video conferencing products are essential for my work. I like to be innovative when I start a new business, and I have found that video conferencing provides my employees with a low-cost platform for sharing their ideas. I do not have to pay money for an office space, because my employees now do most of their work from home.

Schedule Regular Meetings

With Cisco collaboration products, I have transformed the way that business is done in all of my ventures. My employees are much happier with the increased freedom that they have to design their own schedules. I schedule one or two weekly video conferences that are required for all employees. Apart from this requirement, I give my employees the freedom to do work at their own pace. They can also choose the environment in wish they desire to work. I love that I am able to give employees more freedom and cut down on my own business costs at the same time.

Avoid Paying Monthly Rent

When business owners make Cisco collaboration products a part of their business, they will be able to decrease on the cost of monthly rent. A person will no longer have to rent an office space for employees. If an employee needs to get in touch with you, then you have the option of scheduling a video conference. The video conference gives an employee the chance to touch base with you and provide you with updates regarding his or her performance. If the employee is having trouble on a certain project, then you can also schedule a video conference to figure out a solution to his or her issues.

Motivate Your Employees

Sometimes, I also notice that my employees just need to connect with people during the workday. For employees who do freelance work from home, I understand that they may have the need for some human interaction. I now make myself available at all times for those employees who may just want to schedule a quick meeting with me through a video conference. This gives me a chance to motivate and inspire my employees to deliver their best work product yet.

Overall, I think that every business owner can benefit from using video conferencing options. Using video conferences helps business owners to develop closer connections with employees and avoid having to rent out office space at the same time.
