I remember when my best friend’s spouse called to tell me about a car accident involving his wife. He told me about the accident, and that I should stop by the house to check on her during the day while he was at work. Of course, I did not have a problem helping out my girlfriend who was fine except for the fact that her mouth was wired shut because of a broken jaw. So instead of my friend being able to tell me the latest gossip I had to be the one to deliver new gossip everyday.  They where told if needed to contact a Michigan auto accident attorney.

In the beginning, it was fun not having my girlfriend interrupt me while telling her a story about someone. However, after a while I could tell that she was getting irritated because she could not voice her opinion. So as the weeks went on with my good friend only being able to communicate through writing she began to cry and feel sorry for herself. I spoke with her husband about her mood change, and he also noticed that she was not interacting with him or the children. We both knew that this was not her normal behavior, and so we tried to be understanding about the fact that she could not use her mouth to speak.

As time went on and the doctor began loosening the wires around her jaw so that she could say some words. We immediately noticed that her disposition was becoming better towards everyone except the car garage personnel who were taking their time fixing her car. I understand being without your car due to an accident can change anyone’s mood, so I decided to help my friend by lending her a car of mine so that she could run her errands. Once my friend’s jaw was healed, and she could comfortably hold a conversation with someone the first thing she did was go down to the garage and demand they fix her vehicle. As a result of her harsh tone the vehicle was fixed within the week, and her life was back to normal. I guess not being able to speak and being without a car is enough to change a person's mood.
