However, you won't see row upon row of paperbacks, hardcovers, magazines, and the like: today, it's mostly all done electronically, your work edited and produced on a cd; and mailed directly to the purchaser.
We cater for the novelist who has never been in print before, and hopefully, in future, for novelists who have been in print with us, liked our service, and returned with another creation for our shelves.
Our shelves are intended to be lined with the following genres:
- Horror
- Gothic
- Historical works of fiction
- Erotica, or erotica which strays into one of the above genres.
- Western fiction
- Romance
- Dramatical works
- Works that engage more than one genre
With respect to erotica:
Three grades are applied to erotica at NeverMore:
Tepid - hugging, kissing, but no mention of specific body parts and no language stronger than 'Bugger';
Warm -oblique mention of body parts, possible small amount of four-letter language used, and
Hot - specific terms used for body parts, possible frequent language used, BUT NOTE:
Under-age sex or bestiality are NOT acceptable, except for shape-changers or humans that alter into another species or form of life.
We do NOT like erotica just for erotica's sake; the eroticism in your work must fit with the storyline, form part of the plot, and be acceptable to the more broadminded reader.
We like your work laid out in the following format:
- Times New Roman twelve-point;
- single-line spacing, except for chapter headings, which should be separated by two line feeds; changes in scene should also be separated from the previous scene by two line feeds
- be up to 150,000 words long, and
- begin with a title page containing the title of the novel, author's name or pen-name, word length, and your actual name, address, and email and phone number, including your mobile number if you own one.
- you can also include a design for your cover; this can consist of photographs, in gif or jpg format, clipart or self-designed graphics.
- each page should have a header bearing: the author's name at the top left, the name of the novel in the top middle, and the page number in the top right.
We will supply your ISBN number, so no need to worry about that little matter - and we will register your novel with the authority responsible for keeping such records.
What will we charge for turning your months or years of work into an e-book that can be sold online, in disk format?
- $5.00 AUD for the work involved in converting to book-form
- 20% of whatever sales you make online for the life of the ebook
The rest is yours, paid directly to you or mailed to your address, to do with as you please. WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR NOR DEMAND ANOTHER CENT FROM YOU.
We at NeverMore think this is the fairest and most reasonable deal ever offered - if you can find a better one, take it.

We will also be negotiating with overseas ebook retailers such as Amazon.com to have your work carried by them, so your ebook will get the widest possible coverage.
