1rst, You right click the icon you want. Click Save icon as, and then you want to save it to your desktop.
2nd,when its done, go to your desktop and make sure its there. Make sure to have at least a vague memory of what the file is called.
Theres two ways to do this next step, the alternative is clicking on your buddy list and pressing the "F3" button at the top left corner of your keyboard. Then you can follow the rest of the instruction where the star starts in the next paragraph
3rd go into aim, go into "My AIM," then you go into "Edit Options," and then you finally click on "Edit Preferences" *and then you click on the tab called "Buddy Icons."
Lastly, you click on the "Browse PC" Button under where your icon will be (or is.) Now you select Desktop (or where ever you saved it) and look for the icon i had you try and remember. Click Select, then click Okay.
