Welcome to the TGR web site!
This website is about 1:5th and1:6th scale R/C racing. We are a member of the Caledonian Radio Controlled Club (CRCC) in Stirling (Scotland) and have been racing for a year. 1:5th scale cars are usually powered by a 23cc 2 stroke engine. These cars have single speed gearboxes and run on rubber tyres. The main manufacturers are: F.G., HARM, Bergonzoni, Lauterbacher, Technokit.
Our FG Brian at Halifax Stan at Halifax Mike at Halifax 1:6th scale trucks are the newest type of R/C racing at the club. The trucks, predominantly FG, are also 23cc, 2 stroke engines. The club is only running the trucks as straight ECO's making this the cheapest form of large scale racing. The yellow truck below is our vehicle and the other pictures are of other club trucks.
