Bonus Battle Arenas:
Win all four Cup Races in Arcade mode at each dificulty setting to unlock extra battle arenas.

Enable Fake Crash:
First, unlock the Purple Gem Cup by collecting all four purple coins in Adventure mode. Now win the Purple Gem Cup to unlock Fake Crash.

Enable Komodo Joe:
First, unlock the Blue Gem Cup by collecting all four blue coins in Adventure mode. Now win the Blue Gem Cup to unlock Komodo Joe.

Enable Ripper Roo:
First, unlock the Red Gem Cup by collecting all four blue coins in Adventure mode. Now win the Red Gem Cup to unlock Ripper Roo.

Enable Papu Papu:
First, unlock the Green Gem Cup by collecting all four green coins in Adventure mode. Now win the Green Gem Cup to unlock Pau Papu.

Enable Pinstripe:
First, unlock the Yellow Gem Cup by collecting all four yellow coins in Adventure mode. Now win the Yellow Gem Cup to unlock Pinstripe.

Enable N. Trophy:
Beat all times in Time rial mode.

Enable Nitros Oxide:
Get a time lower than N.Trophy's best on Time Trail mode to open up Nitros Oxide track ghost. Defeat the ghost on each time trail track to race as Nitros Oxide.

Turbo track:
Collect all coins and all five gems.

Scrapbook:
Break N. Oxide's records in time trial mode to unlock a scrapbook option at the main menu.

Firing poison potions forward:
Press Up or Left Analog-stick Up while pressing Circle to fire poison potions forward.

Fire bowling bombs backwards:
Press Down or Left Analog-stick Down while pressing Circle to fire bowling bombs backward.

Flatten your opponents:
You can do this by jumping off a ramp or ledge and landing on them. This will flatten your opponent for a period of time.

Drive over your opponents:
You can do this by getting a turbo and while your car is still tilting backwards, go straight to an opponent. You can even jump off the opponent for an extra boost of speed! It may take a bit of practice to get the timing down just right.

Have you ever got a TNT crate stuck on your head? Do you explode in 5 seconds? This can be prevented!
When you have a TNT crate on your head, just keep jumping! After about 10 jumps or so, the TNT crate will fall backwards!

Crash Cove shortcut:
Near the beginning of the track is a ramp with two fruit boxes at the end of it, just before a small lake. Stay to the right of the ramp and begin turning left toward the mountain once you pass the ramp. You will be driving through the lake. You will have to practice this, but it dips right before you would run into the mountain. As your head goes completely underwater, hold Jump. You will jump onto the shortcut and can pick up a box before jumping back down and rejoining the race near the bridge. You can begin your turn when you pass the single star on the ground just to the right of the ramp. You will be jumping onto the land that is connected to the bridge that you drive under which leads out to that boat to your right.

Dragon Mines shortcut:
About a quarter of the way through the race is a railroad track with coal cars on it that go to the right. Follow the coal cars into the tunnel in the side of the wall, then follow the railroad track until it appears at the middle section of the track. You will get run over by the coal cars, but you will still end up ahead.

Dragon Mines Shortcut #2 (EXPERTS ONLY !!!WARNING!!!):
Have a mask ready for this you might want to save one.(You have to have the mask jump on also.) After the wooden bridge there is a coal car track that will go to the left turn. On the track use the mask you saved.You should make it if you do you get run over by a ton of coal cars but you could end up in 1st place and get your prize.

Papu Pyramid shortcut:
In Papu's Pyramid, go to the part where steps appear. Go on the right side where the turbo is located. Hit it and immediately go left and jump onto the ledge. Follow it and you will jump right onto the bridge and get an apple box.

In Papu Pyramid, before you get to the turn before the stairs, there are two bars that have arrows pointing to the right. Go between them, but keep to the right and jump at the last second to land on a hidden ledge. Then, jump off it. If done correctly, you will land on the other shortcut, or be lined up for it.

There is a jump on the way to the hairpin turn by the finish line . If you time a jump perfectly, you can get across to the other side. This trick has a near 100% chance if done with Aku Aku/Uka Uka or a speed boost. Also, when you approach the other end of the track, release X and press Circle + Right to turn in the air so you do not fall off the other end.

Polar Pass shortcut:
There is a wall before the jump at Polar Pass. Enable the "Unlimited masks" code and use it before the wall to jump over it.

Sewer Speedway shortcut:
In Sewer Speedway, you can take a shortcut that will enable you to go faster and end up ahead of the pack. This shortcut can only be reached with a speed power-up. Go into the tunnels immediately after the first part. Stay on the left ledge and look above the right ledge. You will see a hole in the wall. Speed into it and follow the pathway.

Slide Coliseum shortcut:
There is a very sharp turn at Slide Coliseum. Get a Mask or Speedburst. Use the little hill as a ramp and jump over it. Drive straight and you will be at the end of the turn.

Tiger Temple shortcut:
About half way through the Tiger Temple track is a face in a wall on the left. Shoot a missile, bomb, poison potion (fired forwards) at the mouth of the face, or have an Aku Aku/Uka Uka. The mouth will open and you can drive straight through a shortcut.

Oxide Station Shortcut:
A ways into the race you'll go off a jump and into a tunnel. When exiting that tunnel there are several turbo pads that go up a hill. Use the 3rd turbo pad coming out of that tunnel as a jump (its the 1 directly on a hill) and as you reach the peak of the mini hill jump over the left wall and land on the lower of the 2 tracks for a huge shortcut. This will not work with super turbo pads seeing that you'll overshoot the track.

Defeating bosses:
Do not stay directly behind a Boss to avoid getting hit by power-ups. A Boss cannot hit you if you are in front of him, so drive fast.

Power slides:
Power slides are always good for any turn, but if L1 or R1 is held too long you will spin out and lose precious time.

Polar Pass:
There's a section of this level that can be skipped by jumping off a turbo pad. When entering the part of the level with the lake and a lot of turbo pads, on the first double pads move to the right. Jump to the right side off the turbo pads and hit the brakes when you get on land. If you do it correctly you can skip the whole part of the level with water.

Polar Pass Shortcut without "Unlimited Masks":
Go to the area of the wall in Polar Pass and when you get to the jump before the wall, jump a little ways then jump on the next jump right when front of your car gets to the top of the jump and you'll be over the wall.

Hot Air Skyway Shortcut:
This is very difficult to do. So, in order to take this shortcut, enable super turbo pads (it doesn't hurt to have a mask or extra turbo). Then near the end of the lap there is a jump where you go under a blimp. If you look to the left of the jump you will see the start/finish line. All you have to do is go off the jump to the left and land at the finish line.

Fire Missles Backwards:
This trick has about a 75% chance of working when done correctly. When a driver is behind you (must be within sight), hold R2, down, and Circle to fire backwards.

Straight-Away Turbo:
If you've noticed that Oxide and N. Trophey get turbo boosts in the straight-away, there is a way to do it. When moving, start a powerlide and use the d-pad to manuver staright. When the smoke turns black hit L1 or R1 depending what you where sliding with.

Jump Over Missles:
This is for experts. When the crosshair is on you use the arrows that moves in as an indicator. Right before they hit you, jump. You should be able to leap over the missle. The missle will explode anyways, but it won't hurt you.

Unlimited Homing Missles:
Activate unlimited wumpa fruit and unlimited masks cheats. When you start a race get a little behind everyone. WATCH FOR RED POISON!! hit one without the mask activated. Then gather boxes until you get a homing missle with the 3 in the corner. If you do this you will have a neverending supply of homing missles.

Experts Only:
In Hot Air Sky Way the first green turbo pad that you go on, if you usually go to the left of it then there is another way. You go to the right turbo pad and hit R1 and you will land on another way so that if your right by someone or someone is about to pass you then you can pass them!but you still need skill!

Get Turbo Speed:
If you jump and hold in the jump button you should get turbo speed

Ancient Forest
To get to the Ancient Forest before disc 3, simply ride up the hill with a black, gold or green chocobo.

Beta Materia
When you first go to the Chocobo ranch you have to catch a chocobo to avoid the Midgarsorm. Well, I figured out a way to get the powerful Beta spell before the second disc. You need the Enemy skill materia, a Fire materia, and any elemental materia equipped on one person. MAKE SURE THE LAST TWO ARE ON YOUR ARMOR!

If you keep this character healed until Midgarsorm casts Beta you SHOULD be able to survive the spell. Then just finish him off. This is tricky to pull off but if done correctly you will be set for a LONG time.

Cast Any Spell Three Times
To cast three magic spells in one round, first equip someone with a Magic Materia + "All" Support Materia. You'll also need Barrier Materia with the Reflect spell learned. When you enter battle, cast Reflect on the entire party, (your party). Then cast the magic spell that was connected to the "All" Materia on YOUR party. Even though you casted the spell once, it will be reflected and returned to the enemy hitting for three times! And for the same price of the usual MP's. What's even better is that if you have W-Magic, you can cast that spell twice, or two different spells (both need to be connected to "All" Materia) hitting for six times!!!

Chocobo Tricks
While racing the chocobos, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 to increase your speed. To increase their stamina, hold R1 + R2.

While choosing a chocobo to race, press L1, L2, R1, R2 or any direction to pan, zoom and rotate the chocobo you're viewing.

Curse Ring
While in Mideel (before it has been destroyed), go to the weapons shop and check the door in the back (the one that does not open.) Next, go to the shop on the hill with the man on the balcony. Walk behind him along the part of the balcony on the side of the shop until you here a rattling sound. Check the spot and you will get a key. Use the key on the door, and it will break off. The owner will ask what happened. Tell the truth and he will give you the curse ring. If you lie, he will not give it to you. It raises all of your stats, but puts the character on death sentance, but this can be countered with a Phoenix Down.

Debug Mode
NOTE: This code requires a GameShark.

This code is by far the coolest thing you will ever see. First enter the code "8009A05C 0041" into your GameShark. Start-up FF7 with the first disk. Choose "New Game". Instead of the normal opening CG movie you will appear in a room filled with Japanese symbols. IMPORTANT! Turn off your Gameshark after you are in the room.

Walking onto these symbols will transport you to other rooms where you can go to any point in the game, watch the CG movies, and gain a complete set of Materia among other things. You can also talk to the man in the bottom left corner to adjust other settings.

Defeating Savior Sephiroth
For this fight you will need: Knights of the Round, Zero Bahumut, and any other summons. Cure 3, Wall, "Mime", DeBarrier, Remedies and at least three Megaexlir's.

Start out by casting Wall on your party, then cast DeBarrier to take away Sephiroth's wall. After this has been done throw everything you've got at him, use Mime to cause major damage. During the fight Sephiroth will levitate higher, signaling he's preparing to cast Super Nova.

If you are above 1500 energy you should be alright, watch out for his Heartless Angel that will not kill you, but bring your health down to 1. Then use Megaexlirs. Keep up the endurance and Sephiroth shouldn't be to hard to beat.

Easy AP
Go to the forest outside of Meedeel. Walk around until you fight Head Hunters or Caterpillers. Equip Cloud with an Apocalipse sword and everyone with a Rune Armlet. If you fight a group of 4 Head Hunters you get 340 AP. Caterpillers and a group of 3 Head Hunters give you 240 AP. Equip as many 'ALL' and 'MAGIC PLUS' materia a possible in the sword and Rune Armlet. When mastered they are worth 1.4 million gil each.

Easy Accessories
Here's a way to get two very helpful accessories.

Ribbon: To get a ribbon you must go into the crater and walk around until you fight a Master Tonberry (a mole creature with a rotating yellow star above its head.) Attack him a few times and then morph him. He will turn into a Ribbon.

Tetra-Elemental: There is a small desert island in the south under the Western Continent. Land there with the Highwind or with a gold chocobo. Walk on the sand until you fight a small cactus man. Morph him a eh becomes a Tetra-Elemental. Note: I have had the best luck morphing with Yuffie simply because see deals 9999 HP damage each time. It may be a different case for you but Yuffie is usually the best morpher.

Easy Life
With this code, you can easily restore life while in battle without having to worry about anything happening. Enter a battle, and when your characters' health gets low, cast regenerate on him/her/them. Once the spell has been cast, open the Playstation lid and have someone cast a spell.

FOR THIS TRICK TO WORK THE LID ON THE PLAYSTATION MUST BE OPEN BEFORE YOU CAST THE SECOND SPELL!

With the lid open, the game won't be able to cast the spell, so the game will stop until you close the Playstation lid. Once the lid is closed, the game will function corectly and you can resume play. The trick to this code is that while the game is looking for the CD, the regenerate spell will still be working, so your life will fill up while nothing else happens! This code works great for some of the ultra tough bosses (Emerald and Diamond Weapon) because nothing else will happen while the lid is up.

Easy Money
If you want virtually unlimited money, here is a wonderful trick. As soon as you have mastered an "All" mateira, remove it and replace it with the new born one and sell the old one. This may seem like kind of a harsh comprimise, but each mastered "All" is 1.4 million gils! and scince they are so easy to master you will keep geting more and will never miss them. Sell one or two and you will never run out of money ever again!

Easy Money, AP and Experience
Go to the desert outside of the golden saucer and walk around for a while. Sooner or later a little cactus man will appear. You can't beat him with magic or weapons, but he can be defeated by summoning Chocobos or Mogs. If you manage to kill him he's worth 10,000 gil!

For better results, head for the Mideel Area (an island in the south) and look for Sea Worms. Each one you defeat is worth 1300 EXP, 200 AP and 5000 gil!

Effortless GP Gain
To do this trick, you need a joystick controller with rapid-fire settings and access to the Gold Saucer.

Go to Wonder Square, and up to the arm-wrestling game. Wrap a rubberband around your joystick so that it's pulled to the upper left diagonal, so that Cloud continuously walks into the arm-wrestling machine but not into the GP-trading girl. Now, turn on the rapid-fire for the 'O' button. Cloud will now repeatedly challenge and beat the wrestling game. Slowly but surely, your GP will increase. It takes a while, so it's probably best to set this up just before you go to bed at night, and leave it on while you sleep. By morning, you should have plenty of GP to buy your Gold Pass and the two secret Materia: XP-Plus and Gil-Plus. Cheater!

Fast Materia Level-Ups
This cheat can only be done in the third disc. First, go to the Northern cave and look for mole like creatures with a star above thier heads, also holding a knife and a lantern. Steal an elixir from them and then run away. After that, look for these small creatures in a floating pot. They will say "Gimme' an elixer". Give them one. Then kill it. Each one killed will give you 1,000 AP. You can not kill them unless you give them an elixer.

Gain Limit Breaks Easily
When in normal status use a "Hyper." This will let your limit meter go up faster, so you can use your old techniques more. The reason for this is that one way to get your limit breaks gained is to use your old techniques.

WARNING: When you use the "Hyper," your status changes to "Fury," which will lessen your hit rate.

Another way to gain your limit breaks is to defeat large groups of enemies. Try this: When leaving the Nibel Mountains and heading for Rocket Town, you should see a group of forests when you leave the mountains. Try engaging combat there, because sometimes you fight large groups of enemies there. Such as a group of six "Battery Caps," or sometimes five "Battery Caps" and one "Valron." This might help in getting your limit techniques also.

Huge Materia
To obtain the Huge Materia in Rocket Town, press Circle, Square, X, X as the passcode.

There are four huge Materia that can reproduce other materias if you can pass the requirements.

Blue - You must have Bahamut and Bahamut Neo. Take these to Cosmo Canyon and talk to the Blue Huge Materia and you will recieve Bahamut Eishiki (Zero).

Yellow - Master the Steal, Throw, Mime, Manipulate, Morph, Deathblow and Sense Materias, then talk to the yellow huge Materia to recieve the Master Command materia.

Red - Must have all 16 summoning materia at master level then talk to the red huge materia to recieve the Master Summoning materia.

Green - Have all 21 magic materia at master level then talk to the green huge huge materia and you will recieve the Master Magic materia.

Item Duplication
If you have the W-Item Materia, equip it and enter battle. Use the W-Item command and select your first item you want to use with the Circle button. Then choose your second item but do not use it. Select it so that cursors appear on the screen (either on you allies or your enemies) then cancel with the X button. Select again and make the cursor appear then cancel. Repeat the selecting and canceling of the second item over and over. Each time you do this the quantity of the first item will increase by 1.

Knights of the Round Table
Ride the Golden Chocobo to the North-Eastern part of the map. There you'll find a hidden island with a cave. Enter the cave and talk to the red light to receive the "Nights of the Round Table" spell.

Limit Break Manuals
To learn Level 4 limit breaks you'll need to find the manuals. Here's how to find them.

Cloud: Trade 32,000 battle points at the Golden Saucer.

Tifa: Go to Nibel area (Tifa's house) and play these piano notes: X, Square, Triangle, L1/R1 + Triangle, L1/R1 + Square, X, Square, Triangle, L1/R1 + X, O, X, Square, X. Then press START and search the music sheet to find Tifa's Limit break.

Barret: A lady will give it to you in North Coral.

Aeris: Southeast of Midgar there is a small cave with a man living there. Talk to him when you have battled a certain number of battles that end in the same number, such as 122, 133, 144. He will then give you a Mithril orb. Take the Mithril to the Blacksmith's house on the south peninsula near Cosmo Canyon. He will trade you for the limit break manual for the Mithril, or you can choose to have a gold bracelet.

Red XIII: In the Nibel area there is a mansion and on the second floor of this mansion there is a safe. To crack this code turn right 36, left 10, right 59, and right 97. Then the safe will open to reveal a miniboss.Kill the miniboss and you will recieve Red VIII's Manual.

Vincent: Land near the waterfall and use the green, black, gold chocobo or the submarine to pass the mountain. Then enter the waterfall. (You must have Vincent in your group and must be done first in disc 2) go forward and it will show Vincent's past. Then leave. Return if you are already in disc three and you'll get not only the manual but a weapon of Vincent.

Cid: Cid's manual is in one of the chests in the sunken plane.

Yuffie: Go to Wutai and enter the tower with yuffie and let yuffie beat all the bosses including her father and you'll get a manual and Leviathan materia.

Limited Immortality
Connect the Phoenix Summon and Final Attack materia in any linked slot. When your party dies, there Hitpoints will be completely restored. This makes killing Ruby, Emerald, and Sephiroth simple, just make sure you have enough Mindpoints to use the Phoenix Summon.

For more punch, add a Final Attack/Knight of the Round Table to the same weapon. Then when you die you'll resurrect and hit back HARD.

NOTE: This method is limited because you can only use Phoenix materia 5 times.

Morph Enemies Easily
For an easy way to morph enemies, have W-Magic Materia, Gravity Materia + "All" Materia, and Morph Materia. Have someone else cast Reflect on the party, then have the person with W-Magic use Demi 3 on your party twice. It will reflect and hit the enemy six times without killing it, but will greatly reduce it's HP's. At this point, you can easily morph it.

Prevent Back Attacks
If your battle starts with a "Back Attack" hold L1 and R1 for a moment then release them. This will turn you around before your opponents get a shot.

Racing Trophy
When racing S-class in the Gold Saucer, You will notice many keen items you can't ever seem to get. Well you can get them all at once! Just win 15-20 races in a row! Ester will say "I've never seen anyone win so much in S-class before!" She will then give you one of each item, including the coveted Cat's Bell! this trick only works once, though.

Re-enter Midgar
It is possible to get back into Midgar after you have left (not including by parachute.) On disc 3, go back to Midgar and talk to the man standing outside the fence. He says he has misplaced his key and that it is probably back at the dig site he just left.

To find the key, go to Bone Village and tell the foreman you want to look for Normal Treasure. Place some of the workers up top in front of the tent and set off the blast. They will point to a spot on the ground, so have them dig there overnight.

In the morning open the treasure chest and you should have the Key to the Sector 5 Slums. Now go back to Midgar and go through the gate. Go back to Wall Market and go to the shop where the item machine was broken before (the one that shot at you), and try to use it now. You will recieve Tifa's ultimate weapon.

Recruit Vincent
In the Shinra mansion at Nibbhiem, there is a safe on the top floor. The combination is: Right to 36, Left to 10, Right to 59 then Right to 97. Make sure you don't go to far left or to far right when turning. When it opens kill the monster, then get the stuff in the safe. Descent the spiral staircase and into the coffin room. Vincent is in one of the coffins. Talk to him and leave then come back and talk to him and he will join you.

Recruit Yufie
Near the exploded Mako site there is a small forest. Wonder around in it until you fight a ninja woman. After you defeat her there will be a save point. DO NOT USE THIS or she will run away. Talk to her and tell her you don't want to fight her again. Then tell her your terrified of her. When she asks if you need her help, say "Yes" then tell her that you're leaving and don't ask for her name.

Alternatively, try this. Equip the Enemy Away Materia which can be won in the Gold Saucer Chocobo Racing and a Luck Plus Materia. Go into any forests and wait for a while. Note that the Enemy Away Materia must be at Master Level for a higher percentage of chances to encounter Yuffie.

Special Battle
To get to the URA battle (special battle) in the Battle Arena, first gain 64000 battle points and buy the W-Summon materia. Next get 32,000 battle points and buy Cloud's level 4 limit, Omnislash. Equip Omnislash and talk to the lady at the counter in the battle arena, and she will ask you if you want to participate in a special battle. Beat all 8 enemies and get the Final attack materia.

Note: You must have your Ultimate Weapon equiped to fight in the special battle.

Unlimited Sources
To get unlimited Sources (luck source, magic source, etc.) perform the following actions. Get in the submarine and go to the downed plane. Wander around until you get into a battle and use the morph command on the enemies. The best way to do this is attack the enemies until they are almost dead and then use morph. In this area there are six different enemies and each one morphs into one of the six sources.

Play as the Allied Army. Now, you need an opponent from the Soviet Army. Build your Battle Lab as soon as it is available. Place it near your War Factory or Barracks in case that your opponent is fond of tank rushes. Just be sure to protect your investment, as this is the key to unlock your Psi Commandos. Once you have your Battle Lab online, train at least one Spy. Of course, Spies must first disguise as an enemy infantry. Infiltrate the Soviet Battle Lab of your opponent. As soon as the Spy has taken over the building, your Psi Commando is available in your infantry list. A Psi Commando uses Ultimate Mind Control, much better than fifty Yuri Primes and has C4 charges that can easily eliminate buildings. Much of what you know, Psi Commandos are better than Yuri Primes and Crazy Ivans. Here are some important reasons why I concluded it:
1. They use their Ultimate Mind Control in every enemy units they encounter and even non-enemy units such as cars and animals which you can use to scout the enemy's base and later on, cause mass destruction on the enemy's base.
2. They can cause permanent brain death on the enemy infantry which is their second attack.
3. They can quickly take out buildings with C4 charges.
4. Even fifty Conscripts are no match against one Psi Commando, they are elite bread-and-butter units.
5. The true power of Psi Commandos really come through, try garrisoning them into key buildings where they can use their Ultimate Mind Control in very long ranges to control enemy units, this is also a great way to rack up veterancy. After all garrisoned troops are promoted, try getting them into the enemy base, causing mass destruction and dispatching enemy buildings, your opponent will go in a rage but will finally ask you for a rematch in no time! They are only expensive to produce that takes up to $1,000 per unit. Using them in maps with lots of Oil Derricks and Ore Fields is great! Have fun mind controlling and destroy nicely!

Ever wanted to play firecrackers in RA2? Here's how you do it. Gather a lot of GI's, Rocketeers, IFV (no unit in it), etc. Then, hold CTRL after selecting the units. Now you can ask them to attack anywhere, and they will form a big firecracker! Note: This trick looks nicer if you get your units formed in a circle, etc. and ask them to attack different close spots. Gather a pack of GI or Rocketeers and attack a single area. The more unit, the bigger the firecracker will be. This trick also works for defence-purpose structures etc. Prism Towers. Second Note: When you click, remember to hold the CTRL button on your keyboard!

If you're allies build a chronosphere and have it fully charged. In the meantime, build 9 Prism Tanks. Group them in three rows, with three units in a row. It should look like a 3x3 Prism Tank square. Then, select the Chronosphere and then click on the middle Prism Tank. The Chronosphere should cover all your units. Then, go to your enemy base and select to put your units somewhere in the middle of the base. They should start fighting automatically. This works best when you are facing a tough enemy with a big, high defence base. Watch and the base should be gone in no time. Note: This trick works best if your 9 units are in full health and you use them to destroy all the defence-purpose building and infantry before settling on the main buuldings.

Play an Allies against Soviets skirmish. If you infiltrate the Soviet battle lab and barracks with a spy you will get a new unit. This new unit is called the Psi Commando. He is like a Yuri except he can chronoshift and blow things up. Basically a mix of Yuri, Chrono Commando Nad and Crazy Ivan. This unit can be very useful in every way. Control something, place a bomb, blow up a base and then shift back home. A very devastating technique!

If you have a cloning vat build some Crazy Ivans and either conscripts or dogs. Plant a bomb on your dogs or conscripts using the Crazy Ivans. Then put them in a flak trak. Send them into an enemy base to watch them explode. You can even put a bomb on the flak trak to make a demolition truck. This cheat works best if you get several flak traks and iron curtian the with the men inside, for you can then strategically place the flak traks to put the enemy out of action, especially if you target the ore refinary, war factory ETC.

 

 

Bye, Bye Terror Drome

Spy Troubles?

If you are having trouble with trying to get spies into structures over the internet with a human player you should try this:
1. Get two IFV's.
2. Get one spy.
3. Get one Tanya.
4. Change the spy's Identity to a Conscript or something that the enemy has around his base for defense.
5. Then put the tanya in one IFV and the Spy in the other IFV.
6. Send them at there base.
7. When the tanya IFV is under attack sneak the other one next to a structure(Barracks, War Factory, etc.)
8. Tell the tanya one to attack the structure that the Spy IFV is next to.
9. Tanya's will blow up and the spy one will too but the spy will come out with a disguise. The player will be too busy to notice that that Conscript or unit is not theirs and you will not have any problem sneaking it into that building.

 

 

No More Red Player

Build 25-50 desolators depending on the size of the enemy base when you have enough money. Group the desolators in groups of five and put them in teams. Take them and deploy them around the enemy base. Now the enemy will not be able to leave their base. The enemy will not be able to attack you in any way because all their units will die. *Note this does not work as well with apocolyse tanks due to their heavy armor. The enemy will now be forced to leave you alone and will not be able to mine ore! *Note this works better if you gaurd them with a couple terror drones. *For better results add more desolators.

 

 

Easy Spy Infiltration (Allies only)

If you are in a level with a lot of cars and you are going for a long game then get a Yuri and a Crazy Ivan. Set the Yuri on one of the cars so you can control it. Then put it close to the enemy's base. Now set a bomb on it and drive it into the base -they will not attack it. This can be really effective if you do it numerous times.

 

 

Kirov Reporting!

The Kirov airship is one of RA2's most devastating units, especially if ignored by your opponent. It takes heavy anti-air defenses to take one down. Although the Kirov moves slowly, if you can get one attack run on an unprepared enemy, you're likely to win the game. A Kirov can survive air defense for a small amount of time, but it's wise to group one or two Kirovs or send in a diversionary ground force such as Rhino tanks and Flak Traks. Using these units in combination with each other will ensure victory.

 

 

Naval Warfare

The Soviets can reign supreme on naval maps as long as your fleets are mixed and well protected. But using dreadnoughts alone is not a good thing. You will need a good mix of ships to protect your naval fleet. Sea scorpions provide anti-air defense against harriers, racketeers, destroyers, and aircraft carrier hornets. Also, subs can be used to down destroyers and fight dolphins. Finally, use squids to take down carriers and destroyers.

 

 

Watch out for the Bombs!

If you want to anger your opponent, Libya is the way to go. Build an Iron Curtain device when time permits. Two minutes before the Iron Curtain is ready, build three Demolition trucks. Once the timer reaches zero for the Iron Curtain, move your trucks into position near your enemy's base. Select the Iron Curtain device on your trucks and send them in. Since your trucks have invincibility for a limited time, decide what buildings would best to destroy. You'll have your opponent asking for a rematch in no time.

 

 

Prism Tower Defense

As you will learn during one of the single-player missions, Prism Towers can be placed in close proximity to one another to increase their power. This is similar to the way the Soviets place Tesla troopers adjacent to Tesla coils to increase the defensive structure's power. Careful placement of Prism Towers can increase their potency by tremendously. Use the map's landscape to your advantage when forming your base. Leave only a few available entrances and defend these with a few Prism Towers in close proximity to one another to increase their power.

 

 

Nuclear Base Defense

Build nuclear reactors around your base (quite far from your base) then build a Crazy Ivan (one for each nuclear) then tell your Crazy Ivan’s to blow up there nuclear reactor when the enemy comes. (if you can’t/don’t want to build Crazy Ivan’s destroy the nuclear reactor till it has 1 square of life left then get a conscript or tank, etc. to destroy it).

 

 

Terror Drone Defense (Allies)

Then tell the unit to go repair itsself in the hospital... tadaa! Look at the cloning vat: another unit! This only works for people and I'm not sure if it will work with Yuri/Yuri Prime.

Excellent Defence from Harriers

The computer usually sends the harriers to attack your ore refinery and when u kill them with your patriot missles (allies) or flank canno n(soviets) they still come down and destroy you. Find out witch direction the harriers are coming from then build an MVC or move your main one to where the harriers are coming from. Leave a big space to let them crash then deploy your MVC build at least 5 patriot missles (allies) or flank cannon (soviets) in a row then move your MVC out of the crash area. Voila! no more worrying about harriers!

 

 

Tesla Coil Trick

3 Tesla Troopers build as quick as 1 tesla coil sobuild them at the same time, when youve got a coil down tell your 3 troopers to charge it up and build a wall around the tesla coil and troopers, it will protect them from groups of dogs and snipers.
