The AC and heat works great
Just had oil change 10 miles ago..faithful to the 3k mile rule!
Clutch and transmission are solid.
The sunroof works...no leaks
The paint is okay but not great. A paint job is really the only thing the car needs.
Pictures below!

Car makes a great daily driver, very dependable I drive it anywhere I want to go! Would make a sweet dub car. I originally planned on dubbing this car but decided to follow my kiddy dreams of a Scirroco! Price is negotiable, please make an offer!

Exterior: Exterior is in good condition. No cracks in any windows. Wipers work, both front and back. No cracks in any of the lights, all working. Mirrors in good Condition. Slight Chip in the VW emblem on the grill but have a replacement handy. Grill is good. Wiper jets work well. Previous owner (90yr old man) sprayed the hatch red, but you CANNOT tell unless you are literally standing right next to it (as in waxing your car close). Looks good and you really cannot tell, even when up close it can still pass. Just not as shiney. Pics give you good idea of how hatch blends in. Minimal rust, only around wheel wells and even so not noticable nor problematic. Exterior Black Panel is missing from back passenger door, however I have the peice, you only need to buy the plastic anchors (about 2 dollars)

Interior:
Interior is also in good condition. Black Cloth Interior. Previous owner sprayed interior w/ black paint. Can't tell the difference, looks like the original color but is slightly faded (although flash on camera makes interior look almost grey, not nearly as light as the camera makes it look). But is slightly (I mean slightly) faded, a $15 can of interior spray will make the interior look new. Only a re-upolstered interior can compare. No cracks or excessive wear on the Dash or door card trim. A/C works perfectly (blows colder than a new car with an A/C upgrade!). All interior switches work. All interior lights work, only exception is that the interior light doesn't come on when opening the two front doors...flickers every now and then that proves a loose wire is to blame. All engine lights work, all warning lights work. Emergency Brake leather boot is torn, $20 for a new one, easy to put on. Manual sunroof, no leaks whatsoever. All windows work smoothly. AIWA In-dash CD player installed replacing factory stereo (which I still have if you would like it). Mounted 2 Kenwood 6x9 speakers in the deck lid. Speakers work, all sound good. Sound is nice and balanced, sounds great. 2 12" Subwoofers in a box located in the hatch (one Sony Xplode, one Kicker). Sorry, never bought the amp to hook them up.

Engine:
Engine is 1.8L, eight cylinder VW engine. New/replaced parts listed above. Faithful to the oil change. All replaced/new parts have been put on by a profession mechanic (Eastern Auto Service, Dundalk MD) within the last 5k miles.
