Here's your step-by-step guide for making those custom strobing LED lights you see on my Barricade figure. It's a very easy modification and cheap as well. The hardest part is tracking down a 'Flashing Horn Whistle' from your local Dollar Tree store. That's the only place I've been able to find it so if you don't have one near you, ask a friend or check my EBay auctions because I might have some altered light kits left. Please don't email me asking if I can pick you up a whistle tho, I'm extremely busy and there's no way I can mail hundreds of whistles out to everyone who's already asked me. Sorry!
