This Gambit coat fix is a little more complicated than the average swap. I used a ML Gambit, Xmen Movie Cyclops coat and arms, an Xmen classics Gambit hands, and a Doc Ock coat collar. I had to remove Gambit's shoulders and set them higher on his torso first, that was pretty annoying. The arms from the Cyclops fit right on to Gambit's shoulders perfectly and the the XMC gambit hands swap out just as well with Cyke's. I removed Doc Ock's collar and glued it to the coat, then gave the whole thing a drybrushing with Testors Fantasy series "Sloth Brown" followed up by a coat of Games Workshop 'Chestnut Wash'. Turned out excellent! I also made him a tiny playing card out of some poster board, enjoy!
