Here's Dr Doom done with light-up eyes! He was made from the body of the regular FF Doom but I took the DC Universe Cyborg's legs and arms for Doom's appendages. This gives him a slightly different tech-armor look. Behind his cape I hollowed out his back and installed a light-up unit with a bright orange LED that comes out of his eyes. Press down on his cape and he gives anyone the glowing stare of.. well.. DOOM!
