Lead-man/Maintenance While in the “IBM Department”: Setup ;
Hydromat, custom(shaft) machine, Sodick EDM, Mitsubishi EDM. Conducted first part quality
inspections. Responsible for cutting tool manufacture, and Hydromat /Esco
head repairs. Further responsibilities included: Training employees in the
usage and adjustment of numerous mechanical machines, instructing employees
in correct inspection practices in relation to the given job/machine, and
supervising as many as 4 workers at any given time. n
While in the “Punch
Department”: Used multiple surface grinders: Boyer/Shultz, Do-All, ELB, and
Blanchard. Also Monzi/Rozzi cylinder grinders. Was responsible for “Anvil-Punches” for Remington Arms. And
Mate Punch “Standards”. Operated TMC machine center, Hardage CNC lathe, and
Sukisuki CNC multi-spindle drill/tap machine. 1991 – 1993 West Irving Die-Cast Chicago,

included: Scheduling machine repairs and preventative maintenance. Mechanical

(500ton) Die cast machine. Also, rewired entire machining department to
