All Outwar players have seen this before. You have to pick 3 numbers, between 0-9. So you have ten choices to pick from- 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. That is 10 numbers, which is equal to 10^3 or 10x10x10=1,000. In other words there are 10 different numbers to choose from and there are 3 combinations to put them in. So there are 1,000 different combinations to choose from on the Outwar lottery system, which would cost $10,000,000. Outwar allows you to buy 100 tickets at $10,000 a ticket which is a 1/10th chance of winning. So if a person makes 10 accounts and spends $1,000,000 on each account on tickets that doesnt mean they have an absolute chance of winning from picking random numbers because there could be a possibility of a repeating number.

Pick 3 Numbers

Pick 3 single digit numbers between 0-9 for each card.  Click "Random Picks" to generate random number picks for all your cards. When you have finished filling out your cards, click "Buy Tickets" to submit your lottery entries.  After the drawing, check the lottery winner history to see if you picked the lucky numbers!
