It all started with a dream. Girl sees a gleaming example of American muscle. Girl wants her own set of wheels. But not just any set of wheels: a classic Mustang. With some careful searching, a suitable candidate was found in Champaign, IL. A battered green 1967 Mustang started its trip towards becoming a gleaming muscle car worthy of a second glance. Before restoration was started, the car barely ran and was obviously rough around the edges. The brakes barely worked, the exhaust was not connected to the manifold, and the engine was barely able to start. This was in fall of 2002.
