Refunding is another great way to get free items and save even more off your grocery bill.  Just remember to save everything...receipts and upcs from all your packages.  Make sure the upcs are marked so you can find them easily.

My favorite refunds are the TMF (Try Me Frees) and the Rite-Aid Single Check Rebates which you can do online at www.riteaid.com  Rite-Aid is a great source for many of my double and triple plays each month.  That's where you get the item for free and through coupons and in-store rebates actually make a profit on buying an item!
