This is going to be my third attempt at an online journal. When things settle down a little, and I get a computer at home, I can do more.
The wife and I have been looking for a home and have found some land that we like and a mobil home that we would like to put on it. Something I've found out about searching for a home is that it is not the easiest thing in the world to do.
"CREDIT" what is this all about? can someone anwser this for me? IF you have NO credit. you can't buy anything. If you have GOOD credit you can buy anything but you already have the money so why buy it on credit? if you have BAD credit, your better off than NO credit.
This is all just too confusing for me. Anyway.. I think we've finally found what we want now it's just a matter of time until we can get it put on the land and all set up.
