Q: Can I get items that aren't in my Express store that I've seen on your site or in your advertising?
A: Yes. Through our Fashion Delivery program, we can often find the specific item you’re looking for. We have established this program to help you find most of our merchandise. The system checks our stores to find the item requested. If the item is found, we will send it to you (shipping charges apply). For more details on Fashion Delivery, ask a sales associate at your nearest store.
Q: Why wasn't the store promotion on the Web site available at my Express store?
A: The in-store promotions posted on the Web site are offered in most of our stores nationwide. However, as noted at the time the promotion is posted on our Web site, each Express store is unique and promotions are not offered at all stores. If you want to make sure your Express store is running a certain promotion, call your store. If they aren’t running the promotion, they should be able to tell you of an area Express store that is.
Q: When will I be able to order from your Web site?
A: You can currently order Express Gift Cards online. Ordering product from the site is not available at this time. Items you want from the Web site can be added to your Shopping List and printed out and often found at the store nearest you. If your Express store does not have the item you're looking for, ask a sales associate about Fashion Delivery
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Q: How do I update my e-mail address?
A: You can update your e-mail address by logging in and selecting "My Profile." Make any changes you need to your profile, then scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Submit" to save those changes.
Q: I already subscribed as an iNSIDE member at ExpressFashion.com. Can I use my same user name and password?
A: We no longer feature iNSIDE on the Web site. We have, however, created a new membership opportunity that will allow you to create, save, and share your Express Shopping List with your friends and family, and you will be eligible to receive special offers and promotions by mail. If you would like to become a current member of ExpressFashion.com, please
click here, or select the "Log In" link at the top of any page of the Web site. If you would prefer, when creating your new membership you may once again use the user name and password you created for iNSIDE. Once registered at ExpressFashion.com, you will also receive e-mail updates about new products, future sales, or special events.
Q: I created a Shopping List on my last visit to the site. Where is it now?
A:A: Unless you are a registered member of ExpressFashion.com, your Shopping List was not saved and cannot be accessed. If you are a registered member of ExpressFashion.com, you can retrieve your Shopping List by logging on to your account by
clicking here, or select the "Log In" link at the top of any page of the Web site.
Q: Why are the colors of your Web site so dark/bright on my screen?
A: If you're having problems viewing the site, we recommend modifying your screen settings.
PC users: You can adjust your settings on the monitor to make the screen brighter. You can also improve the resolution by right clicking on the desktop and selecting Preferences/Properties. The resolution can be found under the Settings tab. Use the slider bar to find a color that is good for you.
Mac users: Click on the apple in the top left hand corner of your screen. Go to Control Panels/Monitors. In this area you can modify color depth, resolution, contrast, and brightness. We recommend your color depth be "millions of colors", and your resolution be 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. If you need to modify contrast and brightness, adjust until the page appears how you want it on your screen. If you have the Mac version of Internet Explorer 5 or greater, you can also enlarge the type on your screen. Do this by using the command (apple) and plus/minus keys.
Q: How can I unsubscribe from your e-mail list?
A: You can unsubscribe from Express e-mail by
clicking here or by selecting the link at the bottom of marketing e-mails you receive from ExpressFashion.com. Please note, even if you elect not to receive e-mail, or subsequently ask to be removed from the ExpressFashion.com e-mail marketing list, you may still receive e-mail confirmations for Gift Card purchases made on our Web site, confirmations of our receipt of questions submitted to Designer Q & A, and other operational e-mails. You may also receive e-mails sent to you by a friend from the "Email a Friend" feature.
