Military Father Desperately Seeking My Children

Desperately Seeking The Return of My Children:

International Child Abduction

My name is Jeremiah Holder.  I have two sons, Jordan (10) and Kyle (4).  On May 5, 2000, my wife left with my two young boys to go on vacation to Mt. Vernon, Washington.  She was supposed to stay there for six weeks and then return to our home in Germany.  Three days into their vacation, she informed me that she was not going to return to Germany.  I asked what her intentions were: where she intended to live? where would she work? when would I be able to see the children?   She refused to answer any of these questions and repeatedly hung up on me.  I typed many e-mails attempting to maintain some dialogue and convince her to return.  She finally stated that if I wanted to contact her I should do so through her attorney. With the clear indication that there would not be any negotiation possible between the two of us and no way to get her to return with the children voluntarily, I proceeded to get legal counsel>

As of 15 May 2004, it will be four years since seeking legal counsel and I have only seen them a few times. As of this date, more than $140,000 has been spent in legal fees. Since this case first ensued, it has driven both my father and myself into bankruptcy and yet my children and I have yet to reap any benefits of these expenditures.

I wish to set up this website to bring more public attention to my plight and to bring awareness to a situation that will infringe upon the rights of all military members and their children living with them abroad.

I have always been a loving, caring father and would never do/and never have done anything to cause my children harm.  Unfortunately, the harm that they have been and are now experiencing is the deprivation a child experiences when prevented from seeing his/her parent(s) against his/her will.

The above photo is to memorialize my returning to the US from Germany after serving nearly three years defending our country (including during and after 9/11/2000).  I was immediately arrested upon arriving in Cincinnati for an erroneous outstanding warrant.
