Body Image Survey
The purpose of this survey is to analyze how teen girls are affected by media images.
This survey is completely anonymous, no one will ever be able to connect your answers
with you personally. You don't have to answer questions that you believe do not
pertain to you. Thank you for volunteering your time to help in a study that will
help other people better understand how media images affect you.
This survey is meant for teen girls between the ages of 12-20. Please be
