Your Personal Identity in God's Eyes.

(1) I am one of God's friend's.

I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business.
Instead I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father  I have       made known to you.      - John 15:15                                                                                                             

(2) I am an alien and a stranger to this world. This is temporary.

Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful         desires,  which war against your soul. Live such good lives among the pagans that,        though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify     
God on the day he visits us.    - Peter 2:11                                                                                                                          

                   
(3) I am an enemy of the devil.

Be self-controlled and alert, Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion          looking for someone to devour.   - 1 Peter 5:8                                                                                                                

(4) I am a new creation.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has      come!     -2 Corinthians 5:17                                                                                                                                                                  

(5) I am God's workmanship.

For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,                     
which God Prepared in advance for us to do.     - Ephesians 2:10                                                                   

(6) I am righteous and holy.

You were taught with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is    being corrupted by it's deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitudes of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. 
- Ephesians 4:22-24      

(7) I am chosen of God.

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion. kindness,  humility, gentleness and patience.     - Colossians 3:12

Your spiritual identity is a gift from God.
Claim it and move forward in Him.
