cable from high frequency RFI (radio frequency interference)

high frequencies travel faster than low frequencies. That
means that in a standard audio cable where signals travel
straight down the wire, the highs and lows don't arrive at the
same time. This can cause "time smear" or

and high range frequencies arrive at exactly the same time.
