Weight Loss Challenge

Join us for our INTL Weight Loss Challenge running 12 Weeks from
Monday 06 December 2004 - Sunday 27 February 2005

Have you ever thought:

Well in the spirit of the holiday season, I say HUMBUG!   It's never too late to start, or restart, healthy eating.  Remember the important thing is that this is NOT a diet - diets are designed to fail in the long term.   This is a retraining program, designed to teach you a healthier way to eat from now on.  And if you've been doing well on your journey but have never joined one of the challenges before - jump in on this one!  It's never too late!

We're giving up on tracking inches lost as well as pounds, there just wasn't enough interest in it to continue.  If I get a huge outcry then I'll see about reinstating it.

Starting weight is the weight from the last week of the WW challenge, or the weight from the week of November 29-December 5, or the week that you join if you join the challenge part way through.

  1. By posting to the greatest newsgroup on the 'net, alt.support.diet.weightwatchers with GE in the subject line.
  2. Emailed to me at mailto:amberle3@gmail.com.   When emailing PLEASE be sure to put GE in the subject line, as I get a lot of spam and have filters set up on the account so that WLL emails aren't accidently lost.
  3. By using the online form located HERE.
