The 3 Day Diet

The 3 Day Diet:

This diet is based on a chemical breakdown and is proven to work.  You can not substitute any of the foods.  Salt and pepper may be used, but not other seasonings. 

In 3 days you will supposedly lose 10 lbs. ( I believe that is if you are already at a normal or above-normal  weight).  After 3 days of dieting, begin eating normal again, but not over doing it.  After four days of "normal" eating you can go back on the 3 day diet.

Remember - No cheating and do not pick between meals.  Low-Cal drinks are permitted.

DAY 1

bulletBREAKFAST
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
Black Coffee or Tea

1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Toast
Black Coffee or Tea
 
bulletDINNER
3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1  small apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 2

1 Egg
1/2 Banana
1 Toast
Black coffee or tea
 
bulletLUNCH
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 regular saltine crackers
 
bulletDINNER
2 beef franks
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Total calories for this day:  868

DAY 3

1 boiled egg
1 toast
black coffee or tea
 
bulletLUNCH

 5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese
1 apple
black coffee or tea

bulletDINNER
1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Total Calories for this day:  586.   Three day total: 2100
