Background:
College graduate, Air Force Academy. 2071. Went into Space Program and
became a Lt on the cargo ship Nostrumo. On a routine mission came upon an
Alien presence that killed her Captain and entire crew. Ripley was the only
survivor and in a life and death struggle with the one of the Xenomorphs
(Name given to the Aliens) She pushes it out the airlock.
She drifts in cryo-sleep in an escape pod for 80 years until rescued. She
then finds out that earth has put a colony on the same planet where they
found the initial Aliens. No one believes her story and she is removed from
active duty. When all contact is lost with the Colony, they asked her to
accompany a squad of Starfleet Marines on a search and rescue mission. The
Marines end up in a life and death struggle with the Xenomorphs. Only one
survivor, a young girl is found, and out of the 50 Marines only one plus the
young girl and Ripley survived.
Their ship, also an escape pod crash lands on a prison planet where the
Aliens had hidden along with them in the ship. Once again Ripley defeats
them, however, the one Marine and the young girl along with Ripley die
killing the last of the Aliens.
Two hundred years later, a group of Scientists wanted to study these Aliens
that had been exterminated, considering that they could reason with them.
They cloned the remaining DNA that they had saved from the final encounter
between Ripley and the Alien. However, the dna was all mixed so the clone of
Ripley had some of the traits of the Aliens and the Aliens gained some human
traits.
Ripley now finds that she has the strength of 10 men, along with heightened
sences of sight, smell and hearing. Reflexes are 10 times that of humans and
her blood has the same qualities of the Aliens. Her blood can eat through
any known metals or compounds known to man. Her lifespan at this time is
unknown, as the mixture of her DNA and the Xenomorphs make her one of a
kind.
Upon returning to earth she requested to be re-assigned to Starfleet. She was sent to the Academy to learn what she had missed in the 200 years that had passed by. She has been assigned to SFC and showed a definate ability as a Security Officer and Tactical officer.
