...determining that mustard and vinegar are the missing ingredients that keep pathetically bland Maine-style potato salad from being as tasty as Buffalo-style potato salad. Now when I'm having dinner with the in-laws, and my mother-in-law isn't looking, I just stir some in on my plate. Mmmmmmmm, tasty.
