When you first start out using frames, you will probably have a lot of trouble. But once you get familiar it gets easy. Hopefully this will help you with learning how to use them.
I know three different ways in using frames. The first one is just the main page with the menu bar on the left/right. The second way is the one with the menu bar, main page, and top bar. And the third way is the way I have it with the main page, left bar, and right bar. I will show you all three of those codes.
Left Bar and Main
When using this code, you need to make two seperate pages to start out with. You need to make your menu page, and your main page. Your menu page will have all your links. The links will need to have this code for them to lead to the main page:
If you want the links on your menu bar to pop up in a new internet box, use this code:
NAME OF PAGE

Left Bar, Top Bar, Main
You need to make three different pages to start out. One page for the top bar(which will probably only have a graphic and a little text), a menu bar(this was explained in the previous setup), and main page(was also explained in the previous setup). Put this code in a totally blank page:
Left Bar, Main page, Right Bar
If you are using this code, and you want one of your links to lead to the right bar, use this:
