WALK-THROUGH
During the walk-through our team will simply go through the client's home and take temperature and electromagnetic readings while our interviewer asks the client questions about the home and surrounding area. We will also take photographs and audio tape. Some results will be instant, others will take some time, but no results will be official until our team has time to review all information obtained. Within two days the client will be contacted regarding the claim and given our professional recommendation. At this point, further action may be taken at the client's discretion.
INVESTIGATION
During the investigation our team will take video and audio tape, as well as temperature and electromagnetic readings. As with the walk-through, any results we obtain will remain confidential and unofficial until our team has time to review all information. Depending on the severity of the haunting, our team will contact the client within one week with a recommendation as to whether the investigation should continue or not. If not, our team will prepare a detailed report and, if desired by the client, we can provide contact information to someone who can dispell the spirit(s).
