The answer to this one is very simple: I enjoy playing Black Jack immensely, but only for a limited amount of time. To sit at a table, inhaling someone else’s cigarette smoke and concentrating and playing Black Jack for many hours, is not as easy as it sounds. It’s pretty hard work. But I like to have the Casinos pay for my vacation. Publishing my system allows me to make some additional money without having to sit down at a table.
This question is a kin to asking: "Can I be successful investing in the stock market?"
The answer is: "Yes, provided:
A) You are properly capitalized, just like going into any other business, and if you don’t mind the boredom that sets in sooner or later, and
B) You play an absolutely perfect Basic Strategy."
