In April of 2011 someone put this 2000 J200 on ebay with a buy it now price of $1500. I figured even if I hated it I could make a few hundred in the 'flip'. I like it though. I like it a lot. I may even like it better than my '89 sunburst. It had a couple problems when I got it, both of which I was aware of at the time of purchase... one mismatched tuner and the corners of the bridge had popped loose. I fixed both issues, made a new bone saddle for it and now it hangs on my bedroom wall and has become my 'go to' guitar.
