this clique was originally started by Jenn and Allyson on new years eve but soon after, allyson quit... then after a few weeks I closed it because of lack of submitions... then on Apr. 5, 2003, I decided to re-open it. before I closed it, there were 15 members who I'm not sure are still apart of this...they'll be on the members list anyways to start off this clique again. you can now move onto the rules.

RULES
1. you don't have to have a website but if you do you MUST link
2. You have to LOVE or at least like lollipops!
3. NO P0RNO SITES!!!
4. it doesn't matter where you are hosted (expage, angelfire, etc. are acceptable)
5. You cannot have too many swears on your site, a few is okay.
6. where it says "orange nannerz" on the join form, you have to type "mmm...sugar..." so that I know you actually read the rules, if you don't, I will not put you name on the members list.
7. You must fill in all of the spaces on the join form, if you don't, I will not let you join.
8. You have to have the link up at least a week after I go to your site (I will remind you to when I go to it), if you don't, I will remove you.
9. dO NoT TyPe LiKe ThIs or lyke dis... if you do, I won't add you to the members list
