This is where all my recent stuff is gonna be. I'll try to keep just 3 here and then i'll set up links to all the other ones.

"A True Companion"

Vision blurred as I desperately rise from my unconsciousness. Unknown to myself where I am, I look around and realize that I am lost. I recognize nothing, stare into the vast endings of this place and see strange things that I don't know about. I am filled with concern as I try to remember how I could have gotten here. I remember almost stepping into the building, but the rest is a blur.

Little by little I regain focus and eventually gain my vision back completely. I begin to recognize a voice, coming from somewhere. It was tender and caring, the same kind that got me here in the first place. But what do I do, follow or stay put and hope for a rescue; trust my instincts or be lead by another. I am lost in myself as I cautiously approach the voice. I turn the corner and see a face that fills me with warmth, a love that has always lead me true. "I will never leave you or forsake you," He said to me as I follow him out of this place, and notice the building I was soon never to enter was destroyed by the evil desires of another.

"Dreams"

Many things can be said about the visions you see in the darkness. They are omens warning you of a future you want to avoid. They are revelations of things in the past that you never want to forget. They are the thrill of the night in taking form as anything you wish to do whatever you like. They are a spectacular series of scenes flashing through your head revealing a hope, a love, or an evil lingering deep inside your heart and soul.

But don't be afraid of the darker part of the dreams, for they too have their own story to tell. Listen to your dreams and follow them closely, for they can show you the true path that you must follow for future success. Many things you can easily learn but are often overlooked are in dreams. You can easily fail to see who you really are or who you truly want to become. Pay attention to your dreams, no matter how strange, funny, or painful they may be, they all have truth behind them and the truth will set you free.

"Perseverance"

Theres nothing here for him any more. He struggles to stand, laying face first on the cold barren path. Slowly he gets up to one knee and stares into the faces of darkness: fear, adversity, hate, anger all give him a cold, piercing glare. The blood and sweat mix on his face as they drip to the floor. Slowly, he stumbles to his feet, watching as darkness laughs at all his failed attempts.

He takes his hand and wipes the blood and sweat from his face. Darkness mocks his every action, taunting him and putting him down. Finally able to stand on one leg, he looks up and begins to smile. Darkness will have no part of this as he kicks his legs out from under him. Darkness then continues his maniacal laugh watching as he has to start all over again. Taking a minute, he remembers all that had occured beforehand and all his friends that quit becauses of this dark centurion. He vows, not to let his friends fail. As quickly as an eye can blink, he was back up on both feet and charging at darkness. Startled by the burst of energy, darkness is caught off guard and is defeated. He arrives to the goal and meets his true destiny at the end of life.
