Long forgotten the therms at Kalithea that were used even by the old Greeks, were restored by the Italians in the 1920's. Here they made their fantasy buildings in Arabic style. Nowadays a lot of the buildings seem to be almost falling apart, even though for years there have been plans to restore it to its former glory. It's a nostalgic place. Around the Kalithea therms you will find a bunch of small quiet beaches. The area around Kalithea is green and with lots of pine trees. To get to the beaches you have to do some climbing every now and then.
