Notes	He can Soul-read, and lift up to about fifty pounds with telekinesis. He has perfect nightvision, and as a Vampire Kat he requires the blood of others to survive. He possesses a hypnotic Thrall, wherein he can pull others under his spell with his voice, but as he's just a cub his Thrall isn't strong enough to go against their true wants/desires, so anything he 'tells' them to do they don't have to. But the more practice he gets on an individual, the more powerful that Thrall over them becomes. Born under the Eclipse, he is a Whisper of Rekura. His Elemental Manifestation comes in the form of the majority of his body being made of solidified blood. He has a pair of blood-wings on his back, that when not in use appear flightless and like bones, but elongate to fully flight-capable blood wings when the need arises. He only has two claws per paw, but these claws are much like his fangs - able to draw the blood out of living things and take it into his own body. Because of this he can devour so much more blood than the average Vampire. He can sense the blood in others, able to sense when something living is near him even if he can't see it. And he is able to draw the shadows around himself, like a flock of bats, when he needs to. However... The WoRs born under the last Eclipse suffer from their Elemental Manifestations. As their powers are just as harmful to themselves as it is to others. His blood form is not completely stable, always dripping blood, and is particularly weak to the effects of the environment/powers of others. His blood can be frozen, or dried up completely by fire, and when this happens he's rendered down for the count - and the only way to revive him is a powerful revival spell or the reintroduction of fresh Kat blood to his remains. He also requires a lot more blood to survive than an average Vampire, as his form is made from the blood of others that's he drank from, so when he hasn't fed in a while a bloodfrenzy can cause him to turn into a feral hunter. It should be noted that as he is made almost entirely of blood, that blood-poisoning is something that can be particularly harmful to him. Growth Notes: Adulthood is meant be a point in one's life where everything makes sense, or starts to come together more. A time in one's life where they gain perspective on their own powers and learn how to control them, and no longer suffer from not knowing what happened during those missing days of one's youth. For Shokkuushi adulthood didn't bring with it any sudden knowledge of those missing months of his cubhood, nor did it bring any control to his mutation. Like all individuals born under the last Eclipse, his mutation is still unstable, and with adulthood the only change which came was the growth of his body --- and Hunger. With a larger body he now needs larger quantities of fresh Raveen blood to sustain his form. The amounts that kept him alive as a youngling are no longer sufficient, and he'd require at least the amount of another's entire blood supply to keep his form solid for a day. This means that should the blood frenzy ever set in and cause his hunger to take over his thoughts and actions, it's likely he'd drain another completely without stopping to save them from death. And as his form is larger, the blood he's made of also dissipates/drips away faster -- especially if he has any sudden movements where he'd jump down from a large height; the blood of his form would smear around his landing point and cut a great deal of his blood supply down. He's still just as weak against enviroments and powers as he was before; and still would suffer more from blood poisoning than others. He hasn't yet come across anyone who could help stabilize his own mutation... With adulthood control over his Thrall has refined and become more efficient.
