 You enter into a new place the air around you has a sweet sent of trees and flowers. You look around at the peaceful land that is spread out before you. You begin to walk down a small worn path, one that looks as thought animals made it. You look around yourself as you walk; taking in the beauty of the surrounding area. As you walk the sound of hooves flow on the wind that whips towards you. You look around hopping to catch a glimpse of what it might be, you see nothing and soon the sound stops. You shrug your shoulders and continue walking, soon the sound of running water rises up to your ears. You think of how thirsty you are, its been quite a while since you had something to drink. You follow the sound of the rushing water and come across a wide brook, you bend down and cup your hands in the water. You take a long drink of water letting the cool liquid run down your throat. You close your eyes and savor the moment drinking the cool water down. You breath a sigh of relief and look back at the water to take another drink. You fall back startled a new face looks back at you, one that is not your own. You give a small yelp in surprise, the face staring back at you is equine like, cool blue eyes watch you and a multi-colored mane flows gently in the breeze. You look up and stair blankly in the eyes, the equine like creature watches you it doesn't really look upset at your presence.
"What do you want of this land human?" When she speaks her voice is cool yet gentle, but stays in a tone that makes you want to get away. "What do you want of this land human?" She repeats herself becoming more frustrated with your stupidity. A strange deep reddish glow forms around her form, you look at her in surprise You back up afraid of what this creature might do. "What do you want of this land human?" Only this time with a lot more force to her words. Some how under your murmurs you are able to spout out the words you were trying to say all along. The glow begins to dim at your answer, and she turns her eyes to you. She cocks her head to one side and stalks up to you, her tall lean body hovers over your head as she looks down upon you. "If that is all human then I think I can let you live." A smile crosses her face as she steps back and bows to you, her long mane dropping over her face. "I am called Luminaire and I'd like to welcome you to my realm. I am sorry for my haste introduction, there has been talk of hunters roaming my Realm." She lowers her head in dismay. "Tis a sad thing when you can't trust those around you. Ah well as long as you are not a hunter I don't see any problem in you just looking around." She smiles at you and takes a very close look at you. "Well it had best you get started before the sun sets and the guards come out to patrol." Luminaire points to a few paths, each leading in a different direction. "Choose any one you wish but remember keep your distance from all the creatures who live in my Realm. Not all like to be disturbed by an unknown presence." She snorts into the wind and walks away, her hooves making soft clicking sounds as she steps. You watch her go until you can no longer see her, then you turn back to the few paths that are set out before you. After looking at each path momentarily you decide there is no way you can choose between each one. You don't even know what lies beyond the trees that surround the path. You lower your head and notice for the first time a small book lying on the ground. You pick it up and begin to read a little.

You examine the odd creature, from what
you can see it is female in shape and it obviously does
not like heavy clothing. What she is wearing is small,
light and flows with every small movement she makes. Her
tri-colored mane and tail weave gently in the breeze,
along with a few pale green feathers that are tied in.
You look deep into her eyes, they watch your every
movement with cool liquid grace. You outstretch your hand
making an attempt at saying hello, she just looks at your
hand then back to you not knowing what on earth you are
doing. She snorts at your obvious lack of understanding.
